Contract Administration manages contracts for the following types of services on the Monroe Park and MCV Campuses:
- Waste management
- Infectious waste removal
- Pest management
- Building automation systems
- Fire systems
- HVAC, mechanical and refrigeration
- Air monitoring
- Elevator maintenance
- Proprietary data storage and destruction
- Snow and ice removal
- Window washing
- Costs associated with window washing are billed to the requesting department. Requests can be submitted via the Facilities Self Service.
Contract Administration can also help establish a scope of work for service by helping with the solicitation process or preparing a proposal for new service.
Once Contract Administration receives an invoice from a contractor/vendor for completed service, the invoice is processed in compliance with Virginia’s Prompt Pay Guidelines and confirms all services were completed satisfactorily.
