• PlanAXess provides VCU and non-VCU users access to thousands of building documents and drawings. To request access, email Meredith Hill, document specialist, at mjsalley@vcu.edu and provide your name, VCU department or non-VCU company name, and the reason for requesting access.
• FM:Interact provides up-to-date space data and comprehensive reports. FM:Interact is only available to approved VCU administrators and employees. To request access, email Betsy Moscoso, space data analyst, at moscosobs@vcu.edu.
• The building number request form can be used to request a building number for a facility that requires service. Please allow up to two business days for OSM to update the information in various databases. 
• The space request form can be completed by a department’s space ambassador via the Facilities Self Service to request a space function change, change in function of space, reassignment of space to another department, or new and/or additional space.  
• The VCU Final Deliverable Requirements [PDF] provide guidelines for submitting final deliverables for construction or renovation projects completed on the Monroe Park and MCV Campuses.
