Facilities campus coordinators
Facilities campus coordinators assist customers with facilities-related problems or concerns to include:
- Assisting customers with submitting project/work requests
- Addressing customer concerns and inquiries and following up to ensure quality delivery of services
- Closing projects to ensure they are completed satisfactorily and on schedule
- Coordinating special events to ensure that all trades have appropriately inspected and addressed the needs of the function
- Meeting with project personnel on jobs that are behind schedule or are performed unsatisfactorily to identify and resolve the problems and keep customers informed of progress
- Communicating scheduled and non-scheduled system shutdowns, such as utility shutdowns, generator testing, phone and cable outages, and other scheduled maintenance, to minimize disruption to daily operations, sensitive equipment and projects
- Communicating scheduled maintenance announcements for utility shutdowns, generator testing, phone and cable outages, and other scheduled maintenance
- Maintaining a current list of building managers and emergency contacts as well as key control managers
