• PlanAXess provides VCU and non-VCU users with access to thousands of building documents and drawings.
  • To request access, contact Meredith Hill at mjsalley@vcu.edu, and provide your name, VCU department or non-VCU company name, and the reason for access.
• FMS:Workplace (formerly FM:Interact) provides current space data and comprehensive reports. The database is only available to approved VCU administrators and employees.

• The building number request form can be used to request a building number for a facility that requires service.
• The space request form can be completed by a department’s space ambassador via the Facilities Self Service to request a space function change, change in function of space, reassignment of space to another department, or new and/or additional space.  
• The VCU Building Document Deliverables and Requirements [PDF] provide guidelines for submitting final deliverables for construction or renovation projects completed on the Monroe Park and MCV campuses.
