University Renovations Term Contractor Solicitations 

University Renovations Term Contractors that received an invitation to bid for a project can now submit their bid using Trimble Unity Construct (e-Builder). Below is some information and resources to assist you. 

Trimble Unity Construct account login

There are two separate Trimble logins. 

• The primary Trimble portal linked here will allow you to access project information, invoices, etc. for current projects your company is working on. 
• For technical assistance, please email ebuilder@vcu.edu.
• The Trimble bidding portal linked here will allow you to submit bids on behalf of your company for projects you have been invited to bid on. Please note that his portal requires a separate e-Builder login. 
• If you do not have a bidding portal account, go to the Bid Portal and click “create account.”
• For technical assistance, please contact e-Builder support at (888) 288-5717 or support@e-builder.net. VCU staff are unable to assist with technical issues within the bidding portal.
